TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A two seater JOYRIDE with an experienced Pilot.
2. It is the most FUN and Easiest way to taste the exhilaration of Free Flight. No Age limit, training or experience required.
3. You sit with the pilot on a separate and comfortable seat and enjoy the view.
4. 100% payment in advance at the time of booking and booking should be done at least 24 hrs before the desired date
5. All Passengers are to report 45 min prior to estimated departure time at the given flying Spot.In case the passengers are reporting less than 45 min prior to the estimated departure time, will be declared as NO SHOW Passengers and no refund will be entertained.
6. Passengers would be denied boarding in case they are under the influence of Alcohol or any sedatives or armed with any weapon
7. Incase of bad weather on the day of flying, the flying can be undertaken next day or any other day as convenient to the client.
8. While every precaution must be taken for the safety of the passengers by themselves during the Joyride, Aero Sports does not hold itself responsible for , injury or loss that might be sustained in the event of the Joyride.
9. Aero sports would not be liable for any injury/health conditions/emotional or physical conditions suffered by the passenger during the Joyride.
10. Children below 5 Years are not permitted.
11. Passengers Must be between 25 Kgs to 80 kgs are permitted.
12. Accepting of terms & condition before proceeding booking will automatically assure that all the booked passenger have singed additional document policy of the Aero Sports. before the Joy ride.
13. This is depending on the weather conditions, In case of bad weather on the day of flying, the flying can be undertaken next good weather as convenient to the client and amount was not refundable.
14. This sports activity will be operated on weekends (depending on weather conditions)
15. Prior to making a booking, we encourage you to contact us to confirm availability and any specific details. Once confirmed, you may proceed with your booking.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In case of bad weather on the day of flying, the flying can be undertaken next day or any other day as convenient to the client

Cancellation by client of a confirmed booking for any reason within 4 hours prior to the estimated departure time will attract 50% of amount as cancellation charges. Less than 4 Hours notice will be treated as NO SHOW and entire amount forfeited.

Refund process will start within 7 working days after passenger confirms the cancellation. Time duration to complete process is depending on passenger’s bank.
